Akintayo Abdul-Waheed
Akintayo Abdul-Waheed is an accomplished quantity surveyor with about twenty years work experience in his field.
He is a skilful project manager whose scope of work on his projects, among other responsibilities, includes preparation and costing of bills of quantities, materials requirement planning, variation analysis, claims analysis and project accounting.
His experience spans various high profile private and public developments including the re-engineering of First Bank Ketu, Lagos, First Bank Ikoyi Lagos, National Bank Benin, National Bank Allen Avenue, Lagos, development of Deen School, Warri, W.A.M.Y Mosque Ikorodu, Taqwa Private School Lagos, Vanguards Academy Odosengolu, Ogun State, Lighthouse Cooperative Estate Lekki, Safamaq Limited Office Complex Maryland, Lagos, Petroleum Training Institute Warri Upgrade, as well as numerous private residences.
Abdul-Waheed is an Associate of both the Nigerian Institutes of Management and the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
