Arc. Adeniji Mohammed Akinlusi
Arc. Adeniji Mohammed Akinlusi mnia, is a Managing Partner and Principal Architect in the firm of Crescent Konsult; a firm of Architects and Development Consultants. The firm, from its humble beginning, has grown into a full-blown practice with associates. He is also the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Custom Builders, a firm of Building Contractors.
In both functions, he is directly responsible for concept and design, business development, and overall management.
Before establishing Crescent Konsult, Adeniji gained vital work experience with Arkhi-Line Partners (Student Attaché), Majoroh Partnership (Graduate Internship), Julius Berger Nigeria Limited / Fruco Construction Company - Abuja (NYSC), and CAPS Consulting (Project Architect).
In a career spanning almost two decades, he has sharpened his skills working on several on critical projects such as the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) Upgrade Project, Effurun; Okun-Aafa Estates, Lekki (a 60 unit residential estate); Taqwa Private Schools, Ikeja; La Casa Guest House, Victoria Island; Isalu Hospitals, Ikeja; 2nd Total (Elf) Village, Port-Harcourt (Design competition), many high profile Country Homes & Private Luxury Residences, NAHCO Facility Automation & Upgrade (on-going); amongst others.
Adeniji, a product of King’s College, Lagos, has a Masters Degree in Architecture from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. He is also a Full Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and, he is registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON). He currently serves as the First Assistant Secretary of the Lagos State Chapter of NIA.
Adeniji has attended several management courses, retreats, and conferences, at home and abroad in diverse areas; ranging from Leadership & Capacity Building, through Entrepreneurship & Business Management, International Equity and Capital Market Financing, to, Architecture & Alternative/Renewable Energy, Bio-Climatic Designs & Energy Saving Materials.
He is married and is a citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
